Cardiff Council house tenants that currently live in Unity Concrete PRC Houses, would be designated as defective under the housing act of 1985. If your Unity built Cardiff council house has been repaired in accordance with a PRC Homes Limited licensed repair scheme, then you should be able to complete the right to buy your Cardiff council house by arranging a mortgage with your Cardiff City mortgage broker. It is only when your Cardiff Council House that was built by Unity structures of Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire of precast reinforced concrete, that the right to buy in Cardiff is slightly more protracted.
