Keys were handed back on Saturday 26th May 2012 to the owners of a Hawkesley Schindler PRC House in Inglesham Road, Swindon. The project had been started in early March 2012. The owners of the Hawkesley Schindler house were getting married on the 2nd June 2012, the contract required Swindon Building Company, Taylor Made PRC Solutions Limited to have the work finished for the owners of Inglesham Road, Swindon to be able to move back into their Hawkesley Schindler PRC House after their wedding.

The work to remove the defective concrete from the Hawksley Schindler PRC involved the removal of the outer brickwork, including both party walls; removal of all of the defective concrete and then rebuilding with new block and brick. The cavity was using a system provided by another local Swindon company called Wall Space.

Ian Dagger, Director of TMS Group Limited told the Swindon Advertiser how pleased the company were to have met the Swindon couples target of getting back into their home after their wedding. The perfect wedding gift for the couple.
